Payment
Payment: Advance of 30% of the total by transfer bank pay pal credit card. The booking is confirmed when we receive the advance. I will send you an e mail confirmation.
Cash or credit card on arrival
Policy : 100% refund 15 days before arrival
For all year the full amount will be requested for one night stay with the same way.
We also provide to give Transfer service to/from Lucca station under reservation a rate 10 € each way
Pets
Only small or medium sized pets are accepted, upon mandatory advance notice to the hotel. Daily rate 5€
